Cancellation Policy/Group Discounts

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations with full refund less $50 fee for administrative costs are accepted 14 days prior to Day 1/Arrival Day of golf camp. A $100 fee will be retained if a cancellation occurs after the 14 day period. To cancel, please email Nicola Mooney at nessiemoon@yahoo.com or call at 602-403-7076. A check will be sent to you with the refund.

 FAMILY DISCOUNTS: A discount is available for 2 or more from the same family for the overnight camps. A discount of $100 will be given for each member of the family. Please designate the other members of your family in the Notes section of the registration page. A check will be sent for the discount after camp is completed. No camp discounts will be offered for the day camp.

GROUP DISCOUNTS:  A group is considered 3 or more from the same school or club; designate the other members of the group in the Notes section of the registration form.  A check for $100 will be sent after the completion of camp to each member of the designated group for their discount.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS: No scholarships are offered by Sun Devil Golf Camp to cover the costs of camp.

Campers need to bring their own golf clubs.
